Thank you ever so much for your kind words. You are entirely forgiven. As I must confess my syntax is far from perfect! Your recipes are a powerful reminder of how I should learn to cook. Would like to learn more about the colours, flavours, textures, language and history behind each spice, fruit and vegetable. Would help my writing and probably my digestive system too!
